What is Membership site doctor?

The team at Coding Futures know membership sites inside and out, we spend a lot of time working with customers to help build them the most profitable sites possible. Your purchase of the Your Members software is a good start but we want to take it further. We realise most people only use a small percentage of the features in Your Members on their sites.

The Membership site doctor is all about providing you with a personalised mini site audit. One of the Your Members team will visit your site look at what features you are using, your registration processes and how you deliver content. We will then look at suggestions for ways you can improve these areas. This is not just about Your Members though, but about the site overall.

How much does it cost?

Nothing it’s totally free if you are a Premium support customer.
If you have purchased an Ultimate or Pro license within the last year you are almost certainly a premium support customer.

How long does it take?

We aim to process through a site audit in 2-3 days at most, you will be emailed the document.

What form does the report take?

It’s a short document mainly made of bullet points and links. Sadly we can’t enter into 1 and 1 consultation as part of this process, though if customers wish to go into more detail we can do this on a consultancy basis.

What does Coding Futures get from this?

A reasonable question! Number one, happy profitable customers. If our customers have profitable websites they are more likely to spend money on our products and services in the future. The second and far more important reason is it gives us the opportunity to look at live sites in the wild, to look at common strategies and to let us then tailor Your Members to the way people are working. If we see common problems we can design solutions to those problems.
