Our technical forums are available to everyone and closely monitored by everyone in the Your Members team, meaning you’ll always get an answer from somebody with a deep knowledge of the subject matter, not a front line support agent looking for answers in an FAQ or call script. All this of course is backed up numerous support documents and videos.
We’re always looking to our users to provide the suggestions for features in the future versions of Your Members and we’re always happy to discuss custom modifications should the need arise and for those looking for a little hands-on help, be it installing or upgrading or even us doing bespoke modifications, we’re always happy to quote for work outside
